The process was really simple and set up was very easy! I'm not great with figuring out tech stuff but they give you so many helpful tools to make sure you set everything up perfectly. If I had any questions they were quick to answer and very helpful! I love the voicemails I got and we got so many compliments from people about it! A very unique experience and definitely worth every penny!

I cannot recommend After The Tone enough. The recorded voicemails really bring the idea of a "guest book" to life. We had so much fun listening to our voicemails back and look forward to doing so for years to come, especially on our wedding anniversary. The phone was so popular among our guests too. I feel we really were able to capture the memories and presence of our guests at our wedding in a unique way. Additionally, After the Tone was so responsive and easy to work with throughout the entire process. The phone came with clear instructions from start to finish. SO worth the money!

We received the phone plenty of time before we traveled for the wedding and the prepaid postage made shipping g back a breeze. Easy to follow instructions and videos to help with the set up. This was SUCH an incredible addition to our wedding. Our guests LOVED talking on the retro phone all night and it made for the perfect unique addition to our big day. After the Tone staff made the process SUPER clear and easy to follow. Our hands were held along the way and made ordering, shipping, set-up, take-down, and sending the sound files effortless. We just got our file sent to us yesterday and absolutely LOVED listening to the voicemails. Such a wonderful idea this company has. It has provided us a wonderful keepsake from our wedding. We decided to go with After The Tone instead of a traditional guest book and it was the BEST thing we could’ve done. They shipped our phone with enough time, in the exact color we wanted, with the easiest instructions and it paid off for my husband and I and our friends and family at our wedding. We used After The Tone for our wedding a few weeks ago and received all our voice messages before we were even back home from our honeymoon! Listening to all the thoughtful messages from all our favorite people and capturing the increasingly funny messages as the night went on is truly special. We can't wait to share them with friends and family and listen back to them over the years. Overall very satisfied with the entire experience of working with After The Tone. They very proactively sent the phone color we requested, we received it almost two weeks prior to our wedding. There were very clear set up instructions and our guests had a great time using the audio guestbook. Sending it back was also very easy with the prepaid shipping label and we received our audio via email just over a week after sending the phone back!
