Yes! Your phone will arrive 10-14 days before your event date, fully charged and with a charging cable provided. This allows you to use the phone for as many events and days as you'd like while it is in your possession!

Yes! You can change your chosen phone color at any time. We will reach out 30 days before your event date to confirm your phone color of choice - so no need to worry if you think you might change the color between now and when your event takes place!

No! Our phones are fully wireless and require no external connection to operate, so they can be placed anywhere. They are battery powered, which allows the phone to record for 10-12 hours, and we also include a charging cable if you want to use the phone for multiple events during your rental period.

All our phones ship out 8 - 10 days prior for arrival at our clients address 5 - 7 days prior to their event date! If this timeline does not work with your event please reach out to us and let us know an ideal date you would like to receive your phone by!

Count us in for your destination wedding bash (our phones love to travel ✈️)! Here’s the deal: we only ship to the USA, Canada, and Puerto Rico, so please make sure to order the phone with plenty of time before your event so you can travel with it to your destination. Then, bring the phone back with you, ship it back to us, and we’ll handle the rest! Easy as 🥧.

No! We can add on your vinyl order at any time past your event date, whenever you are ready!

No! You will receive every voicemail that is left at your event. The only time we will ever remove a voicemail is if there is hate speech being used.

You will receive your voicemails within 24 hours of us receiving the phone back from you to our warehouse. Vinyl records take roughly 1-2 weeks to be completed and shipped after the audio is approved by the client.

We are a rental company so we are a first-come, first-serve basis. We recommend booking sooner rather than later to ensure availability!

Super simple! To return the phone, all you have to do is pack it up in the box it originally shipped in. Please include the foam insert to keep the phone protected during travel. We include a prepaid shipping label for you to add to the outside of the box (pro tip: if you can’t find the label, check under the foam!). Once it’s packed, just drop the package off at your local UPS. We kindly ask that you please return the phone within 72 hours (3 days) after your event.

There is no limit to the number of voicemails that can be left on your phone! We will send you every voicemail that is left on our phones for you to cherish forever!
