We used After the Tone for our baby’s first birthday party. It was so fun to hear all the little kids talk into the phone and hear them played back once we got our audio! Customer service was 10/10. They also check every phone before and after the event to make sure it’s in working order. So if something goes wrong, it’s almost always user error. So my recommendation is to follow the instructions and your event will turn out wonderfully!

Such a perfect way to capture all the emotion and joy that your wedding day brings. We did not have a videographer and this audio guest book was able to deliver the voices and the celebrations spent on our wedding day that we will forever be able to listen back on. Super easy to use, great customer service, and we received our voicemails back in less than 2 weeks after our wedding! I’m a wedding and event planner based in Atlanta, GA. My bride chose After The Tone for their DC wedding. It was the best decision ever! While we don’t have the voicemails yet, I want to thank their team for helping with my emergency! The day after the wedding, I planned to mail the phone back. However, the mailing label got misplaced. I contacted the emergency line and within an hour, I had a new label in my email! After the Phone is pricey, but the voicemails are extremely fun to listen to after the wedding! We did have an issue with our phone after dinner when the light on it went out and a few messages from our guests weren’t recorded. It was easily fixed by turning it off and on again, but I would assign someone to monitor the phone throughout the night to make sure it keeps working.

Booking this phone recorder was hands down the best decision I made. The staff here went above and beyond in making sure I had multiple types of instructions on hand to set up the phone, the templates for the DJ to make an announcement and for people to figure out how to leave a message made the set up easy. I got the phone 2 weeks before the wedding, which helped ease anxiety about its pending arrival. I 100/10 reccomend.

This was such a fun experience for the guests and for us as the bride and groom! I think pretty much everyone was able to leave a message and it's so fun to have audio bookmarks of the wedding and who all was there. The set up and shipping experience was really easy!
