The team is very communicative and lay out step for step exactly how to set up your phone and take it down. Highly recommended. We were the first ones to use this service. Everybody was excited to leave messages. It is important to know that the phone makes absolutely no sound when you pick it up to talk and that’s OK there were a lot of people picking it up asking if this thing is on or is it working because they naturally think they’re gonna hear a dialtone. Explaining that to people is never fun lol but who cares about them the messages we got were amazing. I got the most loving message from my dad. I’ll never forget.!! Make sure you tell dj to tell the crowd to leave messages throughout the night they do get funnier as the night goes on! This was incredibly easy you just have to make sure you stay in contact with the company and follow the directions to a T! We were at the reception in the morning, so teaching someone how to turn it on That will all already be there will help when you come into your reception. Otherwise you have to wait for you to turn it on after all the shenanigans in the beginning, which is precious time wasted I wish I planned that better.!

AMAZING! i cannot recommend this enough! 1000% worth every penny! I cry every time i listen back to the voicemails. How often can you literally hear what your loved ones want to say to you? SO much better than a book! The entire process was so easy and gave very clear instructions. I am not tech savvy at all and i did it with ease!

I absolutely loved this service for our wedding! Being able to listen to my friends and family rather than sign a book was so great. My grandpa even recorded himself, and then we lost him about a month after the wedding. The fact now I have his voice recorded and him telling me how much he loves me is priceless. After The Tone was able to do that for me and I am forever thankful!
