After the tone was an amazing way to do our guest book for our wedding. My only recommendation would be to have your DJ announce what it is to your guests. We had a lot of people who thought it was just a prop so we didn't get as many voicemails as we hoped.

It is a beautiful recording that they will cherish for the rest of their lives! I even requested some edits and the ability to send in additional recordings of important family members who were not able to attend the wedding for health reasons–– the After the Tone team was flexible and made the recording EXACTLY what I was looking for. You have to get this for your wedding– guest books are a thing of the past!!!

Absolutely love After the Tone! Signing up for the event is super simple. AtT gives you so many beautiful color options and asks for two potential color options (depending on supply/demand), we chose green and orange and received green. Our phone arrived a week before our event so we had plenty of time to familiarize ourselves with the set up/charging. Setting up is easy: press a button and submit a photo. Charging is also easy as AtT provides a charging cable (make sure to charge the phone the night before your event!). When you pick up the receiver, a short message prompt plays and then you can record your voicemail. So much fun and more personal than the traditional guest book. Our guests loved the ability to leave us messages/stories/advice throughout the night and it was a lot of fun to hear our guests get progressively drunker lol. I advise every couple to make sure there are signs, announcements, and go around to guests yourself to point people towards the phone. Our guests were shy at first so encouragement helped. Also try to have your phone available for more than just cocktail hour. AtT provides all of the items to return your phone (box, packaging, return label) so DO NOT THROW AWAY THE BOX. Our box was returned at UPS. We received our digital voicemails a week and a half after we sent the phone back. The audio quality is amazing, everyone's voices are crisp and clear (yes even the quiet voices). There was minor background noise, but honestly it helped create the ambiance of when the message was recorded. We loved hearing guests order more drinks, people cheering, and dance music play in the background. Thank you After the Tone for capturing our day and the memory of our guests' love.
