From choosing between their adorable selection of colors to the delivery and return of the equipment, the company made everything super easy and straightforward. I even misplaced my return shipping label and customer service provided a new one within 15 minutes. 10/10! I love this! I got this as wedding gift for my bestie’s wedding & I cannot wait to get the voicemails back & do a listening party with her & husband & reflect on the special day. However if I can give a recommendation for improvements, I think it would be really helpful if when it’s being used during the event there is a way to see online that the voicemails are at least being saved! Otherwise this is truly the best gift idea you give someone! It’s timeless!

DO IT!! Rent from After the Tone- you won't regret it. It was the most fun & our guests couldn't stop talking about what a great idea it was and how much fun they had leaving us messages. The instructions for use are so easy to follow no matter where you are using your phone (my wedding venue had no wifi/service and it didn't matter) and the recordings come out so clear. Also, their customer service is so responsive and easy to work with for any questions!! It was so fun to have the phone at our cocktail hour and also out throughout the rest of our reception...hearing guests messages at the beginning of the night (one drink in) versus the end of the night (many more drinks in) was hysterical. It was such a fun element of our wedding night!
