We had a few fiascos come up prior to our wedding, and ended up having to postpone it. After the Tone allowed us to send the phone back, and sent us another one to use instead at our reception a month later. Customer Service was extremely helpful, and got back to all my emails quickly. I cannot express how nice it was to have one less thing to worry about for our special day. Everyone at the reception thought it was the coolest guest book ever, and we are so grateful to have these recorded memories to listen to for the rest of our lives!
