nothing wrong with the product, it did exactly what it was supposed to do. easy instructions for set up and returning. our package did get lost by ups for a bit and I had to reach out to ATT for an update rather then them contacting me - we thought we'd never find it but we did, and all is well :) our voicemails were about 16 min total, which seemed short but its my guests' fault for not leaving more/longer messages. we loved listening to our voicemails. so far the only keepsake option they have is an expensive vinyl, I hope they offer more cool options in the future for listening to the voicemails
