We unfortunately received a phone that wasn’t working and our wedding was in two days. Customer support overnighted me a new one only a few minutes after contacting them and it came early the next morning. Their response time was impeccable! We received the voicemails very quickly too, only a few days after the phone was sent back. We LOVED the voicemails everyone left and are so happy we did this for our wedding!
