The directions were clear and we received our voicemails within 2 weeks of returning the phone. From the beginning, we were so excited to have their vintage-style phone set up at our wedding for guests to leave us voicemails—little love notes, funny moments, and memories captured in real time. Unfortunately, we had some last-minute technical difficulties on the day of the wedding (as often happens with big events!), but the *After The Tone* team was incredibly kind, flexible, and accommodating. They extended our voicemail line without hesitation, which was a huge relief and allowed us to still collect those precious messages. The final voicemails came out *perfectly*! What to say about our experience with After the Tone! From choosing between their adorable selection of colors to the delivery and return of the equipment, the company made everything super easy and straightforward. I even misplaced my return shipping label and customer service provided a new one within 15 minutes.
