They sent very detailed instructions in the box + over email and even followed up over text. The platform that they have makes it very easy to track your order and see what step you are at in the process. One of my favorite parts was being able to edit the audio you received if there were any that you wouldn't want on the final project so you could really make it your own (& cut out some drunk rambling haha). After the Tone was by far the best addition to our wedding!! We now have memories of our guests throughout the night that are thoughtful and hilarious! We left our phone by the bar so everyone could leave a message while waiting for a drink. We also recorded our vows onto the phone the next day so we can forever have our voices, too. We personalized the signage, but still used the template the phone came with. It was all very user friendly! Turnaround time was way faster than we were expecting!
